It's been a while...

From years ago Summer of 2009... Oh, and the guy I fell in love with is now a close friend... I had it 6 1/2 year without a soda before I gave in. Had to restart 1/1/17.

So, while I was updating info on facebook, I noticed that with my crazy busy life I had completely neglected my blogger acct for some 7 months. I always say I am going to get caught up and post more, but who knows if that is ever going to happen....

so, the last 8 months.

Guy* turned out to be a complete arse, and unforunately we aren't talking anymore even though I had hoped a friendship would remain.

I survived a hurricane and watched our city come together to recover and rebuild.

I met a guy, fell in love, and after a long story got heartbroken. Currently in recovery...

Worked on my relationship with my best friend who has been there for everything.

Grown as a photographer.

Got another promotion at work.

Traveled to St. Croix, then moved here. Currently here for 2 months...

Lost 40 pounds, not sure when I started with the weightloss. Currently working on maintaining and going for another 10.

Still haven't had a soda. Now over 530 days without a soda; working on the 2 year mark.
