Numbers, revisited

As any long term readers know, I keep a counter in the right column for fun pointless details. I have reset some and removed others. Here are the details:

Date Updated: makes sense
Track Count on my Dell DJ: just a fun tidbit
Miles: miles logged on treadmill starting 5/29; regular activity doesn't count
Weights: full sessions using weight training starting 5/31
Weight loss: counted from weight on 5/29; will take longer to track clearly

Man, I wish I had a pedometer; that would be awesome.

Now, titled Workout Numbers because it is all about me trying to live a more healty life through working out (to great music). Added is pool workouts, based by hour. My pool workouts combine laps and ballet work. (Hard to explain but it works.) Also, case it isn't clear I try to aim my weight workouts at an hour as well and try to target my arms, shoulders, and back the most!! You know I am in a tank top everyday, so I better work it.

Okay, so I also added misc. workouts, because there are those workouts that kick your butt but aren't regular. Take the 2 hrs. I spent underground in caverns. Sore for days... eh. I will keep updating.
